WORK MECHANISM

Middle-temperature-amylase hydrolyzes starch and hepatin, dissolve internal alpha-1,4 glucose glycosidic linkage into short-chain dextrine and oligosaccharide to reduce viscosity of gelatineous starch rapidly.

UNIT DEFINITION

In the condition of 70 centigrade, pH6.0, the amount of this enzyme it needs which dissolved starch become dextrine in one minute.This is an enzyme activity.

USAGE METHOD

Used in brewery, manufacture of starch, starch sugar, gourmet powder, antibiotics, etc. Also can be used in the production of glucose syrup, high fructose syrups and starch hydrolysis for alcohol production and the liquor industry and textile industry, etc.

STORAGE
